On a personal level, my interest in real estate began as it does for many--investing in properties several years ago, primarily in the Central Valley, California area, including the Bakersfield area. For me, like my clients, real estate is a way to get ahead in life--it's the single greatest wealth builder for the average American. Now I enjoy helping my clients meet their real estate goals, while providing a level of customer service I often found lacking for my own investments. My diverse background has taught me much about working with many types of people, from all walks of life. I have experience managing investment properties and in business management, and have also worked as a conductor and engineer for a passenger railroad. That opportunity allowed me to meet a wide variety of people, but a demanding schedule also kept me away from my family. With my background in investment properties, I made the decision to transition to real estate as a way to be able to spend more time with my family and be more involved in my community.
